This Content Policy applies to AI Radio SA (powered by FLAM Tunes) and governs what we accept for review, what we broadcast, and what we promote across social media. We operate as a moderation-first platform and do not assume submitters are honest.
1. Core principles
- Creator accountability: you remain responsible for rights ownership and the accuracy of your submission.
- Safety over speed: all submissions are reviewed; we may delay, reject, or remove content.
- No “copyright verified” claims: approval is not a guarantee of clearance or platform safety.
2. Prohibited content (non-exhaustive)
Copyright / infringement
- Reuploads of commercially released songs you do not control.
- Unauthorized covers where you cannot demonstrate permission/rights.
- Use of copyrighted stems, samples, acapellas, or source recordings without permission.
- Metadata designed to mislead (e.g. listing a famous artist as the creator).
Impersonation / deception
- Fake artist identities or pretending to be a known person or brand.
- “Sound exactly like” or deceptive imitation intended to confuse listeners or platforms.
- Celebrity voice cloning or unauthorized voice replication.
Platform safety
- Hate speech, extremist content, or content that targets protected groups.
- Harassment, threats, doxxing, or incitement of violence.
- Illegal content or instructions encouraging wrongdoing.
- Spam submissions, automated flooding, or attempts to bypass moderation.
3. Explicit content
Explicit content must be declared accurately. We may restrict explicit tracks to broadcast-only status and prohibit promotion on certain platforms even if broadcast is allowed.
4. Promotion safety labels
Moderators can label tracks for safe social usage:
- Safe For Promotion: eligible for TikTok/YouTube/IG promo (still not a guarantee).
- Broadcast Only: may be streamed on radio but not used in social promotion.
- Needs Review: hold until additional checks are done.
- High Risk: likely to trigger platform enforcement or claims; typically rejected or disabled.
5. Enforcement
- We may reject, remove, or disable content at any time.
- We may request proof of rights, identity, or generation provenance.
- We may mark a creator as probationary and reduce rotation or promotional use.
